Well, actually...we're just two food lovers who, like many, are on a quest for the cooks who can prepare the perfect filet mignon, french onion soup, or even crab cake. (By the way, why is it so hard to get a great crab cake??!)
When we're not busy with our day/evening grinds, or destroying our own kitchen, we raid restaurants.
If you want a complete restaurant review, we can recommend a better web site. Our reviews, which focus on a particular perfect food at a New York City Area restaurant, purposefully miss the forest for the trees.
